Data Division

The Data Division (ERDD) works on the full data cycle: from data collection, to data processing, data management, and data applications and dissemination. We undertake methodological research in statistics and data science to yield new insights into major development issues, including climate change, poverty, food security, globalization and digital economy. We publish the annual ADB flagship Key Indicators for Asia and the Pacific and other knowledge products. We also build statistical capacity throughout our region, with workshops attended by more than 1000 participants each year.
